Only recently has exercise and daily movement been so restricted! As jobs and daily habits gravitate less on movement and more on a sedentary lifestyle, the average human being activity has declined immensely.

Fitness is really just a way of reconnecting with the movement and physical demands of our ancestors. A fit person is in ideal shape for the bodily function, when the human body is active and moving it becomes better functional. So without further a do here are the major benefits of incorporating fitness into your day.
- Heart Health
- Physical Exercise comes with an array of health benefits but none more important than lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke. Through working out the heart muscle is strengthened through aerobic activity and any sort of resistance training such as lifting. Getting the heart working and pumping improves blood flow to all parts of your body as well increases the hearts work capacity.
- Blood Pressure
- The benefits of a better functioning heart include the improving the difficulty at which your heart functions on a daily basis. Improved fitness leads to lower resting and active heart rate by strengthening the muscle. Hence lowering blood pressure needed to pump blood to the rest of your body.
- Fat Loss
- A commonly known benefit of exercise is of course losing excess lipids stored as fat. Incorporating fitness into your daily lifestyle can have an immense impact on fat storage levels and lowering them. Common misconceptions surrounding losing fat is that cardio is the only option. Doing excessive amounts of cardio is unhealthy and is not even efficient. What really will help in losing fat is weight lifting. Yes weight lifting not only does it burn more calories than cardio does but your body continues to burn calories after you leave the gym and it directly strengthens your muscles! If your going to do cardio which I do recommend but in a limited capacity. Do 30 minutes two days a week at a maximum and fast before it. The idea of this is to burn straight from fat storage on your body and not from lunch you just ate. The human body turns to stored fat which is stored energy actually to run on without food which is why this highly effective. All of these can be put to use in the gym but what is most important is your diet. Research a diet that would be best for you and most convenient, this in turn will be the most effective and easiest to stick to.
- Mental Health
- The act of fitness itself releases chemicals within the brain such as endorphins and serotonin that directly improve mood and happiness. These same chemicals are artificially produced from drugs but the body naturally produces them from working out, how great! In fact, daily exercise has been proven to have a profound positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more according to https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/exercise-and-mental-health . Working can change your willpower! the physical act of pushing through difficult actions has a profound impact on mental toughness and persistence. Pushing through problems physically can help you solve bigger ones elsewhere.
- Mental Sharpness
- Increased blood flow the brain in turns improves the brain’s ability to function. This is why exercise leads to improved mental acuity. Pretty cool benefit in my opinion. This is typically why I make important decisions after I work out to really clearly view things from an clear mind.
